MAHA Families:

MAHA is very excited to offer a professional power skating clinic to its membership this fall. Kim Muir is the President/Owner of “Can’t Skate, Can’t Play, Inc.” (https://kimmuirpowerskating.com/) and is a nationally recognized power skating coach. Kim is a former National competitor with the United States Figure Skating Association and has spent 25 years teaching power skating to some of the top National and International hockey talent. This is an incredible opportunity to have a professional skating clinic brought to your home rink and we encourage all eligible players to take advantage of this.

Details of the clinic:

- Registration is available to any eligible player. Registration fee is $250.

- Eligible players include those who will be playing in the 10U and older age divisions for the upcoming (2021-22) season.

- Five professional skating coaches will be running the clinics in groups no larger than 25 players. Each player will receive three 1.5 hr sessions.

- Players will be grouped according to age and skill level.

- Goalies are encouraged to participate as well to focus on their skating skills; drills will be modified as necessary.

- Clinics will be hosted at the Brett Memorial Ice Arena and are scheduled to run from September 26th through October 1st.

Note that registration requires a 2021-22 USA Hockey confirmation number. You get a current USAH registration at:
