Huber Family

By MAHA President 12/07/2018, 10:30am AKST

It is with a heavy heart that I report last night MAHA lost a member of its hockey family. Shawn Huber unexpectedly passed away at work. The Huber family has three young kids playing hockey in the Valley (Shawnie, Trenton, and Aubrey) and this loss will be felt by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with this family. Please join us in supporting and comforting this family in any way possible.

We would like to be able to help pay for funeral/memorial expenses as well as anything else the family may need at this time. Anything helps, and nothing is too small to help this family cope with an unimaginable loss. I know many of you may want to reach out to Stephanie, but please try to understand what she is processing right now. Jennifer Hunter is coordinating communication for Stephanie so please route any urgent messages through her.

The following GoFundMe account is being managed by one of MAHA’s Board members. If you are able to donate, please feel free to use the link below.
